Depending on your banners option such as 2 Points Per IP will only charge you 2 Points when your banner received unique IP views, 250 Points Per Mille is different compared to 2 Points Per IP, it will charge you if your banners get 1000 views and it will count all type every view. If you choose 100 Points Per Clicks, your point will be deducted once someone click on your banners. When your banner is getting vote, no point is deducted from your account.
